1. Scope of Service & Legal Disclaimer
FlatBot operates strictly as a technical proxy (Erklärungsbote). Our platform provides automated submission and communication tooling for apartment seekers.
Important Legal Disclaimer
FlatBot is NOT a licensed real estate broker (Immobilienmakler) under § 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
We do not act as an intermediary, nor do we negotiate rental contracts on behalf of landlords or tenants. Our service is limited strictly to the automated technical transmission of the user's pre-defined profile and application data to publicly available listings.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their application dossier (including Schufa, proof of income, and identification). FlatBot assumes no liability for rejected applications, false information provided by the user, or the ultimate success of the apartment search.
3. Technical Transmission
By using FlatBot, you authorize us to transmit your data automatically to landlords and property management companies as a technical messenger (Erklärungsbote) based on your predefined criteria.
